Resumes

Are you looking for a job? So are a majority of Americans; which puts
you at a disadvantage because as you send your resume to prospective employers, so are hundreds of other applicants. How can you make your resume stand out from the
competition?Create a video resume!
Why create a video
resume?
It’s simple; no
one ever gets hired without a personal interview.
Most people never get face to face with an employer, and so many qualified candidates miss that golden moment. And it is a golden moment when you think how often it is that an
employer makes up his mind within a minute of meeting someone. Secondly, most employment sites are Employer driven, and this one is
Employee driven. This means that we market candidates directly to employers, instead of recruiters
listing jobs and getting thousands of applicants for one job.
Employers do not hire paper
resumes, they hire people.
With
stories about how thousand of resumes are being submitted to fill one position, one can only come to the conclusion
that candidates need a competitive edge. So how can
you get a leg up on the competition?
By creating a video resume.
